It was an interesting experience that im not keen to repeat. Staff had set cliques it made life difficult when you require support with difficult service users. Manager at the time was unapproachable and wasnt helpful when dealing with bullying. Some long serving staff were so lovely and helpful and the majority of service users were lovely and kind

Not the best
They say staff at work are what ruin the job experience i can agree. Horrible greedy people who chase the overtime but do not work. Too many incompetent staff and even more incompetent Teamleaders.
