Management feedback is always about making the company look good hr will make promises but cant be trusted now the company is no longer a familly run buisness it is all about money this is a real shame before this happened the feed back was pretty good there is no point in giving feed back because no matter what you say its all about protecting the company you give feed back about mixing sterile equipment with dirty equipment and they take no notice its the same with the training you cant fail they will give you the answers just to cover them self's this company puts service users lifes at risk everyday you give the company feed back and it brushed under the carpet you give feed back with regards to other drivers doing there jobs wrong and it still happens feed back is a waist of time no one cares this is based at Northampton only cant comment on other depots
Management are under a lot of pressure on a daily basis i was only there a short time they try there best and will always deal with feedback eventually some people may think they are being ignored but i have seen it for my self this is not the case they just need more time to look in to it and get back to you .
Feed back is very poor management not interested in staff just want the jobs done always plenty of pressure
They are allways willing to give me feed back
Pretty poorly, I think the low grade managers try their best for example allowing you to ask questions. However it's the system that let's them down, there's too much pressure it's all about delivery numbers and not actually 'healthcare' Therefore lots of blame on the workers...
The higher level managers need to work on the system. They need to allow more time for drivers to set up medical equipment, honour breaks and hours stated in the contract.
Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
