  • Management don't look after their staff, they treat the staff like children and I honestly felt like I was being used to pick up the slack from staff that weren't turing up for their shifts and when I wasn't needed as much it felt like I was being bullied.

  • Breach of contract, contract said full time hours yet only receiving part time

  • Full time bar staff rota'd in to do 18 hours but end up doing about 25/26. I wake up at about 8am do my daily chores then go to work in the evening or afternoon for me to be finishing at 11pm most days except I don't finish at 11. I actually finish anytime in the evening /morning when the last customer leaves and I can collect every last glass. We're not aloud to kick customers out so sometimes you stay till 1 am at which time you don't feel safe to walk home and have to spend money you don't have from being payed so little you have to walk anyway. Then doing 7 hour shifts plus the extra overtime without a break because the time your supposed to have your break is 'peak times' so your not aloud one. Overall I can't wait to leave when I have a new job lined up.
