Interview process

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
I constantly see their job add and make me think that people don't really want to work there, especially when they are looking for Italians speakers, which we know, it's one of the easiest categories to find today.. sadly. However, their interview process is boring and totally not related to the job it self. Ccat tests plus other tests. You're looking for native speakers not scientists!

Pros

Work from home

Cons

Boring interview process

Fun workplace

It's a great place to work but the salary was terrible. I don't know if they change it now but when I worked there the pay was just above the minimum wage and under London living wage. Besides that is a great company to work for.

enjoyable work environment

The company culture was good, the management were super helpful and always available to help or shed light on things and the office space was vibrant and energetic. A typical day at work would be, sourcing new leads with a variety of methods, cold calling leads, maintaining a well kept pipeline/funnel and answering or sending emails. The hardest part of the roll is also the most enjoyable, and that is cold calling. Its definitely a rush receiving that yes, or over coming that objection, which makes it all worth it in the end.

Pros

office yoga, free fruit, no dress code, free £60 wellness allowance

Cons

the commute there, the commission structure

Decent workplace, incompetent management

Salary - better than average Work/life balance - average Management usually incompetent, self important and power drunk. with few exceptions. Job is relatively boring and the shifts are 9 hours with 1 hour paid break. Communication between departments, with management or even with clients is extremely deficient.

Targets (but fun)

A typical day at worked involved cold calling at least twenty leads and trying to convince them to partake in a 10 minute demonstration of the Mindbody software. The macro manager attitude of Mindbody meant as long as targets were met in the quarter, there was a relaxed environment. Most employees enjoyed work as well as the social activities Mindbody organised for the team, such as office barbecues.

Very boring very fast

Great company culture but the job can be very boring especially because the product is not very complex. You are selling software which is cloudbased and very easy to use even with add ons.

Pros

Great people

Cons

Boring

Good work/life balance and positive team environment

Pros fun and friendly environment, office in a central and very convenient location, some nice perks (monthly wellness reinbursment, on-site wellness and fitness sessions, pension plan, stock options...), lunch paid for by the company every now and then. Cons Good if you are a junior sales person, no development plans, training should be seriously re-thought, incentives and bonuses are very awkwardly thought out (they almost discourage you from overachieving!), the office is quite chaotic most of the time. High staff turnover.

• Achieve/Exceed monthly sales quota • Manage client accounts throughout the entire life cycle of the sale • Stay abreast of industry trends and strategic competitors • Schedule and web demonstrations via lead generation and cold calling • Pursue qualified prospects via cold calling
