The company culture was good, the management were super helpful and always available to help or shed light on things and the office space was vibrant and energetic. A typical day at work would be, sourcing new leads with a variety of methods, cold calling leads, maintaining a well kept pipeline/funnel and answering or sending emails. The hardest part of the roll is also the most enjoyable, and that is cold calling. Its definitely a rush receiving that yes, or over coming that objection, which makes it all worth it in the end.

Fun workplace

It's a great place to work but the salary was terrible. I don't know if they change it now but when I worked there the pay was just above the minimum wage and under London living wage. Besides that is a great company to work for.

Targets (but fun)

A typical day at worked involved cold calling at least twenty leads and trying to convince them to partake in a 10 minute demonstration of the Mindbody software. The macro manager attitude of Mindbody meant as long as targets were met in the quarter, there was a relaxed environment. Most employees enjoyed work as well as the social activities Mindbody organised for the team, such as office barbecues.

Very boring very fast

Great company culture but the job can be very boring especially because the product is not very complex. You are selling software which is cloudbased and very easy to use even with add ons.

Good work/life balance and positive team environment

Pros fun and friendly environment, office in a central and very convenient location, some nice perks (monthly wellness reinbursment, on-site wellness and fitness sessions, pension plan, stock options...), lunch paid for by the company every now and then. Cons Good if you are a junior sales person, no development plans, training should be seriously re-thought, incentives and bonuses are very awkwardly thought out (they almost discourage you from overachieving!), the office is quite chaotic most of the time. High staff turnover.
