Too many concerns to express as organisation is not adaptable and set in their established in their ways. One can not change Governments views which must be adhered to in every detail without any flexibility.

Management need to appreciate how hard their people work even when they are short handed
Stop wasting money on gimmicks and payment plus schemes and pay staff a decent wage so people would stay. Stop treating prisoners like customers.
