Not nice atmosphere and rude and obnoxious people on the phone, unhelpful management.

Answering the phone calls from 9 am to 5 pm, counter service, responding to e-mails
Very busy demanding job
Avoid MoJ Office of the Public Guardian. In POAS you will be subjected to hourly targets which are not stretching they are unreasonable. Band D managers are only capable of following attendance and performance management policies and don't even know what a Reasonable Adjustment is
