Lovely co workers, some managers were horrible

The people I worked with were lovely and so supportive! the managers I had were night and day, one was lovely and the second was awful - he was patronising, condescending and made a point to intimidate me during one to one meeting. Overall, it was a great experience and I miss working there but ultimately I wanted to try something new. There is Flexi time offered which allowed for excellent work life balance and made juggling personal issues easier than in most positions. they also offer working from home 2 out of 5 days a week and a number of benefits. they also have a pay structure that allows training based increases however these are only monitored every year so getting that first increase takes awhile compared to the work needed to get it and compared to other places that offer an increase after 6 months

I enjoyed my 18 months working for MoJ, the specific department i worked in did not have good progression but other areas of the company are good to progress and try different departments of the organisation

Rewarding

Worked for 20 years. Saw lots of change fit better and worse. Enjoyed working with lots of different people in different jobs. Managers were mainly supportive.
