Good environment and interesting work. The pace of the work can sometimes be slow and frustrating due to decisions not being made from the top, but the people you work with make all the difference.

Challenging but uncertain

Tough environment, but good governance generally, people are fantastic and look out for one another, some really good smart and hard working people. Downside is, you just don't know how long it's going to last.
