Litigation Executive in Wakefield, West Yorkshire
on 21 December 2020
Fast paced
Good place to work and opportunity to develop and progress, would recommend to a friend. Left due to wanting to pursue a new area of work and role. Mainly deal with PI.

Excellent place to work
Such a wonderful culture, Minster really cares about its people and works collaboratively to achieve a common goal. It’s fast paced and exciting, putting in the work really gets you the reward. The introduction of agile working really makes you feel trusted by the business and allows colleagues to get the most of their personal life.

Micromanaged and management awful
Overworked. Underpaid. No chance of progression and no other areas but motor PI. Dont even do ELPL.No benefits. Seem to sack people pretty frequently. I'm desperate to get out.Terrible handling of the pandemic. No concern for mental health or wellbeing.Do not care for mental health one iota.Stats are all they care about. If you have a breakdown do it after youve hit target. No bonus No overtime No perks. Long notice period to prevent you leaving

Do not work here
They do not care about your work. Only care about social life. Treat you very poorly. Fire you for another colleagues behaviour. Plenty of two faced people working there. Do not waste you precious time here. You deserve so much better don’t apply. Worst mistake of my life. Glad i’m out of there.
Moj fee earner in Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Not the best
The moj depart is a call centre culture, there is no case handling! I was promised a wage rise after 6 months in my interview. 12 months on I now have to prove I’m worthy of getting the starting wage for my job role
