If you were in charge, what would you do to make Minster Law a better place to work?

  • Replace some of the directors

  • The management should have some training how to manage people and operations as it's more than clear they don't know how to do this and haven't even the basic knowledge of etiquette and decorum in the work place. I have only disapproved of the CEO for the above reason, I actually think she personally does a good job and puts a lot of effort into charity work however her team leaders, development coaches are dragging her and the place down and will continue to do so unless appropriate action is taken.
