Very disorganised management of staff
Since it is so easy to get hired, I didn't expect working for mint to be enjoyable or reliable. This was proven true. Shifts were cancelled at the last minute so I would have to constantly check the app for updates. The pay was not great but I didn't have any issues receiving it. Great place to work as a young person/student.
Very flexible hours and locations. All staff I worked with were very nice: there were a lot of students and generally decent people. Management tended to be great but I had one incident where I was promised dinner but it couldn’t be done during the shift. Not worth it
Over worked with unpaid breaks. Management lacks direction and the whole company is completely unorganised. Good if you’re a uni student looking to pick up the odd shift but they often mess up pay.Supervisor in Liverpool

They don't back there staff ,they over book employees an some have 2 go home an they never apologize for their wrong doings when in the wrong !!!!!!!!What would you say about your employer?
