Terrible management

Long hours nothing to show for it. You have to keep messaging when things are going wrong and you’ve been paid incorrectly. Messages don’t get answered for days, sometimes weeks.

No shifts

Very less shifts and pay. When we start work early we wont get paid for that hour but if end the shift late we wont get paid for that either they say you should only work for hours mentioned but then often we have to work more without pay.

Not enough shifts for everyone. Management don’t answer anyone for anything. They were promising shifts every week but they only advertise the ones really far away and provide no transport.

Worst Environment

Staff are patronising and have dirty attitudes, they think they are superior. They are not. They don’t teach you anything they just throw you into a packed event and expect you to cope.
