Staff are patronising and have dirty attitudes, they think they are superior. They are not. They don’t teach you anything they just throw you into a packed event and expect you to cope.

It was quite okay , the shifts are quite limited in the midlands, and they are a lot of impromtu shifts . All in all , staff are quite okay , nothing bad to say

Mint people are the best people I have ever worked for!I can not fault the opportunity to choose where I work and gain all sorts of experience with out getting bogged down with the stress of working in one place!

Bad no shifts available

Not enough shifts for everyone. Management don’t answer anyone for anything. They were promising shifts every week but they only advertise the ones really far away and provide no transport.
