Good shift flexibility
Overall was a really fun company to work for, you get to experience lots of different job roles and workplaces - super flexible too so can work around other jobs. Management/staff were all really nice and understanding. Mint are by far the worst.
Mint are basically a whole company of wolves. All they care about is the money they take from you.Don’t give them the satisfaction of making any money.

Simple, unsupervised
Decent job, pretty easy going work picking litter at a festival. Long days on my feet, but plenty of opportunity for breaks. I think most workers just wandered off for the day

Dont pay you right
They don’t pay the staff. I have done shifts and not received payment and they’d rather me quit than pay me. They also tell you one rate of pay and pay you another. They’ll broadcast texts out about shifts needed urgently but never get back to you for anything else Most unprofessional and worst agency I’ve ever worked for

Don’t work for them
Turn up to your shift to be sent away as they overbook staff, and if you manage to get a shift then payment is always late. Management don’t care about staff. Don’t provide any training for staff.
