Ok Place to work
Management ok, workload simple, work colleagues average, this is an ok company to work for, where they push for the one MITIE values, unfortunately not every department feels the same way so it can be a little disheartening at times.

Not a bad place to work
I started at Mitie last year. All staff are friendly and approachable. Everyone is willing to help if they can and the people I work with are such lovely people.

The worst job I have ever had
Mitie are the worst company I have ever worked for.Do yourself a favour and stay away.Get a job elsewhere if you possibly can, because you will end up regretting it

Managed by morons with no care for staff
Hours of work were unattainable, management are more concerned at controlling and monitoring staff. Unobtainable time allowance for jobs, not enough staff and broken equipment only some of the reasons for staff moral being so low. No travel allowance between jobs despite many commutes several times a day between sites of up to 40min drive away. Do not trust this appalling company

Decent company to work for if you get the right management team. Long hours and under paid. They will try and have you working constantly without many days off.
