Loved the job but the company is rubbish
The job itself was great and i really enjoyed it. However working for mitie wasn't a good experience. I didnt feel listened too and my workload was often too much for a days work. I was pressured into doing a lot of overtime and did 70hour weeks on the run down to christmas. Operations Manager in Manchester, Greater Manchester

Toxic
Work load especially in the summer is to much 4/5 sites a day then moaned at when sites are not up to standard, management only bothered about bonuses high turn over of staff . Then in the winter you are expected to do your day job then go out in the evening gritting till the early hours then back out in the morning for your day job you get extra money but not enough for the work expected especially when expected to grit weekends and Xmas day and bank holidays.Mitie landscape in Somerset
