Minimum pay

I have been working for 11 years. very low payaccording to the work we do. All the staff are good and help each other thats why working is okay. We always used to be paid more than minimum but this year when the goverment changed the pay to 10.42 they decided to give us minimum which is not acceptable. To many patrols and responsibilites but less pay.

Good management

Area manager for the area I was at was brilliant, I had surgery and he helped me massively financially by letting me use holidays so money was not an issue while recovering.
