Hi, I was just enquiring what are the maxium hours of a daily shift is please.

16 answers

  • Usually 12 hours but some shifts can be as long as 18 hours and you'll be expected to work 6 days or nights a week.

  • I do 9 hours basic a day, some times ten if asked , but I work 5xdays at 9 hours = 45 but sometimes get offered overtime

  • Depends where you are working some sites can require 15 hours but most of them are 12 hour shifts or 8 hours

  • Depending on location anything from zero hours to 12 maybe more

  • Depending on what location you work could be 10 or 12 hours maybe more

  • 12. But be prepared to do 13,14,15,16,17,18.... Per day as cover doesn't show and they come up with all the excuses Under the Sun until the client tells you to go home. Useless.

  • If you would like to work for Mitie, be prepared to work 25 hours and give some blood too! They like to get the most out of their staff. And that's not too unreasonable.

  • 12 long dogged hours 11.5 sleeping is the bonus tho... remember "minimum wage demands minimum effort"

  • 9 hours daily, 6 days a week

  • 12 hrs shift finishing time!
Departure subject to the client Mgt the hours prescribed in your assignment will be payed to Mitie regardless!

In the case of shift hours your departure depends on the time of your relief person

Time arrangement can be set but your only payed what your AI agreement states!

No overtime guaranteed without approval from Ops Mgr
