What is the interview process like at MITIE Security?

Interview is short but make sure you have a computer at home as you will spend over an hour applying online and you need exact details of when and where you worked and reference from current employer and past employer for past 5 years and it takes a few months to get past the background checks

The interview is like all others ,if your successful and get the job be prepared for a long online check afterwards any gaps in your work history ,,,YOU WONT GET A START DATE so beware and avoid
