How are the working hours at MITIE?

Not bad at all 12 hour shifts
Long and pressured
Fine if you don’t have kids.
Or a family.
Or a life.Only 5 hours. Not enough to afford to live
It is a long day there, sometimes it even crosses my mind to do the work I get paid to do to pass the time! Kidding, I don't know how to do the work I am paid to do but nobody calls me out on it, well they do but nobody listens to them!!!!

Unrealisctic to company need. Not cost effictive , could improve budget and staff moral by smiple small adjusments. flexiblility
