  • Have a look at your managers. They are letting the whole company down

  • Take notice of the bullying culture that is manifested by poor managers.
    These people are paid a lot of money but are obtaining it fraudulently. Management are not seen, nor do they follow through with arranged meetings and can even accrue toil whilst off sick with no sickness on record. It’s a farce. No one cares, no one notices. Huge blame culture. People are desperate to leave across all contracts within the custody environment.

    Pay attention!!! The customers are NOT happy at ground level but manipulated at management level.

  • Make a version of weather spoons on line trainning that has a career path .This can start before employment (zero extra cost ) with the basic expectations of hygeen ,image and customer service .It can have set upskilling and reviews for development Task senior managment to mentor an inhouse canidate to the next progression on the canidates career ladder

  • Have a properly trained management .some one able to assist you with problems.

    managers behaviours.Work from the ground up, listen to the managers who work on site and have more direct lines of communication with them. Stop recruiting bullies who know business who employ underhand tactics to save cost
