These people are paid a lot of money but are obtaining it fraudulently. Management are not seen, nor do they follow through with arranged meetings and can even accrue toil whilst off sick with no sickness on record. It’s a farce. No one cares, no one notices. Huge blame culture. People are desperate to leave across all contracts within the custody environment.
