Planner
Left alone to manage an extremely high work load. Absolutely no formal training - essentially you just figure it out. Autonomy in the role is nice but the lack of support when needed is an issue. Productive and fun workplace
Enjoyed my time working in covid testing. Worked 4 days on and 4 days off which I enjoyed. Colleagues and management were all great. However Mitie as a company are let down by one thing. An absolutely appalling payroll department. Wages continuously wrong. Slow to sort the wages out. I waited 3 months to get my double time for working New Year’s Day as payroll had to check it was a holiday!!! Security Officer in Glasgow, Glasgow

Good company to work for
