The company has good benefits(yearly bonus) and also promotes from within which is good for advancement in employees. Holidays are also good, two weeks at Christmas and all the bank Holidays.

Bad managment

Day to day working was okay, workload was fine - Management was a problem. Communication was poor. Training academy was great - great trainers, good feedback

My daily routine was structured and I worked within a very friendly supportive team. Staff attending regular Training sessions both internally and externally.
