Just avoid the place

Starts off great but soon changes. Culture is toxic as well as majority of the people. No one wants to help other teams and pretty much out for themselves. A lot of lazy people that pass work off and make working life hard. Avoid at all costs, the place really isn't worth the agro, especially mentally.

Disorganised

There was a very big lack of training and support. If you know kitchen and bathrooms you'll be fine but if you don't it's too much to teach yourself. Don't expect help from directors as they know nothing about that area but mine felt if there was an issue always assumed I was wrong (I wasn't) it felt an uphill battle.
