There was a very big lack of training and support. If you know kitchen and bathrooms you'll be fine but if you don't it's too much to teach yourself. Don't expect help from directors as they know nothing about that area but mine felt if there was an issue always assumed I was wrong (I wasn't) it felt an uphill battle. As a company there is so much potential to be amazing. The branch I was in the staff moral was terrible and everyone wanted to leave.

Each branch is different it all depends on your branch directors they can be very demanding on your time and expectations of your profit margins and losses

The team at MKM are fantastically supportive and have a lighthearted approach to working. Everyone is made to feel a part of the culture and they care about how everyone feels.

Excellent bonuses lovely staff , very generous, nice working for a local company , can be stressful but you do get a lot of back up . Mkm think a lot of there staff and customers
