Unfair treatment for workers

Work with the cranes they cannot even provide full hours wether related issue they all the time send us home and than just pay the half day which is not acceptable after I had corporated with them in so many ways it’s cost of living for everybody

Do dangerous stuff and if you dont theyll find some else who will, 10 day ly in before you get paid, paid in a monday evening, you do the same hours everyweek but wages are never the same

Bad Supervisor team

The management team want you to work for pennies and awaits you to know everything and anything within Construction GROUNDWORK. Not fair at all, one of the Supervisor lied about performance in order to get rid of people

Good place of work

If you want to learn and develop skills in the field of rc frame it is a good opportunity in this company. Working in a team is verry important and communication is also important. It involves a lot of physical work but the reward is when the project is completed and there is a strong building standing that makes you proud to have worked on it.
