If it wasn’t for the people I work with it would be the most depressing place to work. Great manager. Pay is not the best. But was put thru Forklift training.

No help or back up from management. An ever changing stock file that is impossible to keep accurate. Zero thanks for the amount of work you put in. Dreadful pay - one year was a 0.3p payrise. Higher management don't care about staff and are very sloppy shouldered. They stress and have no idea how to communicate with their staff. If you want to work in an environment of very low pay, get abused by customers yet expect to work your backside off for little thanks - this is the job for you.

Amazing place to work, work family
I’ve been here over 2 years now for a job I intended to stay just for a year or so for. I wake up on the day of my job and look forward to every day ahead, yes there are times when it can be stressful and there are times when customers annoy you but the whole culture at mole country stores is great. We might not get paid enough for what we do but that’s head office for you not the store! The management constantly complement on how well we’re doing and giving us recognition for our jobs! You get great staff benefits as well!

Unorganized & unprofessional
They use ancient computer systems! The training is messy, very unlear and also extremely contradictory. The pay is tereible! The management are dreadful.

Rewarding but stressful
It's a very fast-paced workplace, there's always something that needs to be doing but there is a team to help you get through your work load. The main issue I have found has been the archaic till system and it took me months to understand it, but it is a rewarding place to work with a lot of friendly people.
