Great place to work if you need extra income.
Great place to work if you need extra income , not as a main wage, unless there is a second income. Other then that it a good company to work for, as long as you know what your doing .
Cleaning Assistant in Sidcup, Greater London

I worked at Molly Maid between careers on a part time basis. I enjoyed the work and had support of other colleagues and management.
Work began at 8.30 from base. We checked we had all equipment for the day. Cleans were set in areas to ease traffic congestion. Management were always at end of the phone and provided excellent support. There isn’t a hardest part of the job in my opinion, every house is different but cleaned with same standard as previous clean. I enjoyed being out and about, meeting different clients and giving them a clean house to enjoy.

Route Manager in Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire

Great Work Place
I have to admit I felt like I could relate to some of the negative comments before, but definitely not now! Things have improved massively since the manager left a few months ago! Everyday is much more organised and runs much more smoothly. I feel management are very supportive and easy to approach. Yes it is fast paced but very satisfying. All the girls are also fantastic to work with. You get paid travel time between each job so you get paid from you the minute your 1st job starts to the minute your last job ends, which I know other companies do not pay for this. You also have the potential to earn a weekly higher rate and receive a promotion to route manager which also includes more pay.
Route Manager in St Albans

New management very bad.
Management are very unprofessional when it comes to private information. Talk about people in front of other members of staff. Wages are so poor and you don't get paid for the time you are stuck in traffic witch is always. They over charge and under pay.
