The care we provide is directly influenced by the people who live in the home, we have a dedicated team of carers to ensure residents maintain independent lives and live life to the full level of their physical and mental abilities.

We structure our care package by using life histories – past occupation, culture, interests and preferred activities – and encourage working relationships with families and friends, involving them and the local community in all we do.

Carers always listen, befriend and encourage the individual to make choices, in all aspects of their personal care and develop a close relationship by working alongside each resident. We believe the particular aspirations and needs of residents are important and should be considered at all times.

I work days and there is never enough staff and not enough support from management more bothered about making the place fancy instead of focusing on the residents and staff

Rewarding place to work

Great place to work, staff care not only for the residents but for each other too. I wouldn’t have left after 6 years of being there if I hadn’t had relocated. Offer all training needed, and you get paid for doing it. My home manager would go above and beyond to help with any of my queries or needs I had. Work here and you will be part of one big family, and have friends for life. It can be a difficult job at times but so worth while and rewarding. I can not thank everyone enough at Clifton manor for all your support and love u shown me through my cancer diagnosis. Love to u all and all the residents..

Very clicky, manager sucks

The main problem with this place is the manager, expects everyone to pull in shift after shift and no benefit from this. The staff aren't very supportive either.
