For over 18 years, Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries have been working closely with parents, staff, and Ofsted to deliver childcare of the highest quality, providing children with unlimited opportunities to learn, develop and grow within a safe, secure and caring environment.

Our day nurseries and settings are specifically designed to meet the needs of babies and young children, with large, bright open plan rooms, creative outdoor play areas and a variety of modern equipment providing children with a stimulating environment in which to thrive.

Our aim is for every child to be happy and healthy, enjoying their early years at the Nursery and for parents to have peace of mind that their children are in excellent hands.

The group currently consists of over 63 nurseries with new locations to be added in the next 12 months. This makes us the UK’s largest childcare franchise network and the 3rd largest childcare provider overall. We are hugely fortunate to work so closely with our passionate and committed nursery owners, supporting them with the delivery of high-quality childcare.

Lovely job. Not great management
Managers need more training and need to be more professional. This can make day to day work difficult and gossip about employees spread around the setting.

Wouldn't recommend
Unfortunately not the best work environment. Stressful and unorganized workplace. A lot of change in staff. Low standards overall, not good communication. The salary is very basic.

Good setting
Good place to work at. Management was good. Good activities for the children. Flexible with time off a good place to work overall I would go back to this setting if they offered a term time role.
