We have a true pioneering spirit, being the first to franchise day nurseries and continue to welcome like-minded business individuals into our family.

Nursery Manager

Working at the heart of our organisation, our Nursery Managers lead and nurture our teams delivering our vision to inspire change through excellence in childcare, creating a positive impact for generations to come.

The role of a Manager here at Monkey Puzzle is to provide professional and engaging leadership and management to their nursery and its team. A huge part of the role is inspiring, coaching and leading growth and development across the setting. Our fantastic Managers lead the day to day running of the nursery delivering high standards of care and education to all the children attending, working with parents and families, outside agencies and regulatory bodies to provide exceptional early years experiences.

Deputy Manager

Being at the core of the nursery management team our fantastic Deputy Managers ensure the safety and welfare of the children attending nursery. They are passionate about child development implementing the EYFS and leading and supporting the team to deliver outstanding childcare. They deliver creative, inspirational learning environments that enable children to thrive.

Third in Charge

A Third in Charge at Monkey Puzzle consistently role models outstanding practice seeking ways to continually develop the quality and effectiveness of our nursery rooms. Being a Third in Charge is about mentoring and supporting the nursery to reach its full potential. A responsibility of a Third in Charge includes assisting with building effective partnerships with parents and supporting the management team to successfully identify development opportunities.

Room Leaders

Being a Room Leader in our nurseries is a vital role for delivering professional leadership to room based teams. Maintaining positive working relationships with team members, parents, families, and outside agencies is key part of the role. Our amazing Room Leaders are creative and inspire ideas for delivering excellent care to the children promoting and monitoring a standard of quality within the nursery. This includes resources, environments and practice meeting the requirements of the EYFS.

Early Years Practitioners

Our inspiring Early Years Practitioners are passionate about providing our high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children. They take pride in maintaining positive relationships and working in partnership with parents, families, and their colleagues. Daily they seek ways to create meaningful experiences for the children in their care bringing the fun to our rooms.
