Good atmosphere, somewhat monotonous work.

Overall a good place to work. Although certain roles can become quite repetitive. All the tea and coffee you can drink. They also give back to the local community which was nice to see

It's a job

For a class 1 driver it's an easy job. You get left alone as long as you don't take the micThe rules they have are to cover themselves so cover yourself.. there are a lot of jobs worse than these.. the equipment is new. And the bring on new drivers.The basic salary needs to be raised. But there is plenty of overtime if you want it..

Good place to work

Great place to work if you ignore the ones that get took by the hand Some the work can be shared fairly. Some nights not so good But great place to work the wage is. Good wage for what you do plenty of earning extra here and if you get a set run you enjoy you will love it

Blame culture towards drivers from management

Wouldn't touch these, left a job of 15 years for Montgomery, wish I could turn the clock back. They use excuses to sack people when they have quiet periods.

Nice n steady

A nice place to work, the planners and office staff are very fair and respectful. Left to get on with the job not chased or rushed. Most of the work is easy. Nearly all the trucks have been replaced in the last year. All the equipment is very well maintained.
