Enjoyable & Rewarding
Since joining Moorview Care I've enjoyed the process of learning about the people we support and doing the induction training. I feel confident I feel I now have the skills to do the job properly and well supported if I have any questions. There are lots of negative reviews on Indeed and I have to say from direct experience that I think there is a positive change in the way things are done. The focus on COVID caused other things to take less of a priority, but we're getting back on the right track now and I'm excited to see what my future holds here! The company has great benefit schemes and awards for the teams and whilst pay is average, it's similar to most other care providers - low pay for carers is an industry problem, something Moorview Care can't change on their own.Senior Support Worker in Scarborough

Amazing company- one of the best I have had the pleasure working for. The management are great, the people supported are beautiful and it's generally a nice work culture. Support Worker in Bridlington

The decline of good quality care
Working at Moorview care is sostressful. Management pretend to care and speak about staff to other staff and this creates tension and an atmosphere. Nothing is confidential. Mangers share personal details of others during their get togethers. Some of the clients are suffering becuse there are no outcomes for real concerns. Staff are over worked! Some staff work 90+ hours a week when there are shortfalls! This payrise is a joke. The company were once about family values and care. Now its about money money money and btw ANYONE can become a senior carer here they are desperate! Be warned.Support Worker in North Yorkshire

The most rewarding job i ever had
If you are a caring and kind person and want to make a difference in someones life, this is the job for you! Sadly not everyone is like this and they will be the people who leave and complain. What would you say about your employer?
