Initially promise hours that they can't keep to, so hours are very much up and down. One week I went in and there were just 6 hrs available that week. Not well thought out, considering other workers got between 16 - 40. A lot of favoritism goes on too.

Amazing place of work, would highly recommend, easy work and life balance. Great hours to fit around children! No weekend work which is very beneficial for family time!

Friendly place to work, other staff and managers are happy to help out if you have a problem or not sure about what to do at certain jobs. Nice place to work. good hours and you get dropped off at houses and picked up again

When you start your are promised hours OK for first 2-3,weeks then lucky to get 12,hours not allowed to talk or be friendly with customers while working which i ignored got a warning went to one house was told to stay in kitchen and bathroom felt unwell could not get my inhaler I'd had pneumonia for 3,weeks prior so sat down glanced at my phone next day i was sacked

Always helpful to me in reliable hours especialy working around school times Made all of friends and learnt alot Customers become close and u take pride in your work in their homes

rewarding

my day at work is very rewarding and meet different people everday and i have learned that a cleaning job is very rewarding and i help people on daily basis. my managers are very good to the staff they treat us all fairly and are there to talk to and my co workers are all good people mix age range which is good. The hardest part of my job is when you have to carry big equipment upstairs and the most enjoyable part of the job is when you see the customers smiling with the outome of the work.
