Not a good company to work for.
Cleaning Operative (Former Employee) - Birmingham - 8 April 2017
Initially promise hours that they can't keep to, so hours are very much up and down.
One week I went in and there were just 6 hrs available that week. Not well thought out, considering other workers got between 16 - 40.
A lot of favoritism goes on too.

Always helpful to me in reliable hours especialy working around school times
Made all of friends and learnt alot
Customers become close and u take pride in your work in their homes

good hours no pressure happy job
Cons
some homes very hard work but lots are very beautiful
