Working for the brand a few years, was made to feel as though progression was always just around the corner and took on job that were way above my pay and exacting these to a high standered, but the progression never came and neither did the pay rise for what my job now entailed. Management ruin the job.
The job I teamed speaking to customers and helping with makeup choices I loved but the poor management made the job unbearable. Over 11 staff and would only put me in on days I made aware I couldn’t work on interview. Rude management towards makeup artists and dismissive.
