Productive

Easy work , isn’t hard at all. Lots of walking keeps u fit. Flexible hours but must work 5 days work. Unsure of progression within the company. Good managers and most ppe provided but pay back costs.

No incentives

Not a fun place to work. Having to write down time stamps if you didn’t read a meter/no accessed a job just if you took longer than 10 minutes. The first 30 mins of travel is lost and if taken to get to you’re patch you then have to work extra to make up for lost time or you lost any bonuses you earned that month if you managed to achieve you’re own individual target set by you’re manager and not...

Management are unsupportive and nit-picking.

Unrealistic expectations. Constant pressure to improve read results . Nit picking management. Docking you time for travelling between jobs if they think you take too long.
