Flexible job
Work is fairly simple, managers are nice and it is flexible around your life. You chose your own shifts. In summer there are fewer shifts, but they do offer festival work if you are willing to work and sleep away from home.

Awful workplace
Out of all the places I’ve worked this has got to the worst. Management is all about there bonuses and don’t care about the staff in general. No communication and overall your treated like dirt.Avoid this place at all costs!

A good place to work(ish)
Motorpoint is a good place to work. The pay is good, the bonus is very good. The incentives are also good such as one big dream to take two hours paid out of work to do something to better yourself. The cons, communication from management is poor, very poor. If your face doesn't fit, you're pushed out. When management is in a mood, it brings the entire place down with a bad atmosphere. The advertised staff nights out every 1/4 on the job adverts never happen either. When I left the company was regressing, from what I've heard recently it's only going further downhill with the current managers.

Fairly enjoyable
I was employed as an agency worker - hence this review cannot be taken to represent the experiences of a Motorpoint employee.Checking in vehicles from Transport, cleaning and parking vehicles for display !Reported to a decent and helpful line-manger.Learned a great deal about car / van maintenance and upkeep.Workplace culture was generally easy going and supportive.Occasionally it was difficult to keep up with the volume of vehicles coming on-site for sale. Foul weather over the winter period left these vehicles needing a lot of cleaning and prep necessary to make them acceptable to display.
