Beware, stay far away and don't fall for the polished exterior of a well-oiled machine.Senior management are a snake pit of lies and deceit, as soon as you mention something they will speak and belittle you to colleagues. If you don't toe the line then you are very much on the hit list.You never know what you are walking into and what dilemma you need to deal with or what change has been made without you knowing about it. The office is honestly like an episode of the walking dead, with the staff so overworked and heavy expectations put upon them that it's no wonder the mistakes that are made, are made in the first place. Corner cutting and race to the bottom are phrases that come to mind.Do your career and sanity a favour and stay away.
Gyle Shopping Centre and M&S for lunch
This role was great for developing sales skills in a very competitive market and learning a lot about the property industry. Made great friends and most of the staff is always their to help. When other staff call in sick their is no system on who covers their work, this ends in huge complaints from the clients. The management team just bark orders but never seem to offer any guidance/coaching or motivation. Girls crying in the office on the daily and management keep their head down and pretend not to see it. The pay is awful for the stress and the hours we work, I am always having to work my days off to cover for others as the rosta is left to the staff and not management as they didn't want to deal with it. The Hr team and senior management should be ashamed on how they handled Covid 19, it came down to pick of the favorites and friends on who got to work from home and who got made redundant. Absolutely 0 communication from March to August from anyone until I got an email saying I was made redundant.
Work in a very faced paced work place.
Expect to work every 2nd weekend.
