What you’d expect.

Exactly what you’d expect from a huge corporation. Decent pay, fun staff, horribly managed, no communication between management/recruiters. Believe all the horror stories.

Absolutely toxic workplace

There is no support from managers, you are expected to do the impossible to finish plans and in the end they are still unhappy about it. There is no communication between planners team leaders and different departments whatsoever. People are treated like they owe something to the company. Highly do not recommend working there. They tell you you have a chance to progress there but it’s not true at all. They hire shift leaders and managers from outside the factory and very rarely give chance to their own staff for higher position.

Investor in people

Working at mowi is fast paced, with deadlines to meet daily while working efficiently and safely, it can be a very busy work place, success is shared with the whole team across the factory, employee development and progression is encouraged by management.

Quality Assurance - Quality Control in Rosyth, Fife

Not too bad

Not the best place for moving forward. Production is very fast, lots of things need to be done for poor wages. That was the reason wyy people are leaving.

People i worked with were good. But a big rotation on staff didn't make it easy

People i worked with were good. But a big rotation on staff didn't make it easy. Too many pople with different ideas, so in the end nothing gets done.
