Management lazy no clue of there own job. Certain staff under valued no pay rise, no flexibility, HR is very one sided, no reward no bonus, no training
Some good people
Long hours no flexibility no pay rise poor management
The registration procedure was fast and easy. Company paid my Moving and Handling and Life Support trainings. They promised me lots of jobs but got shifts only out of London eg. Tonbridge,Sevenoaks,Edenbridge and the company didn't pay back travel cost.

With updated mandatory trainings (PMVA), etc, I am confident and competent as an agency worker at mental rehabilitation facilities. Workplace culture is a third party representation and I learnt that keeping friendship (team work) is relevant to ensure that interests of both parties being represented are protected. Quality communication with colleagues, helps to keep tab on management goals. MSI, cares so much for quality service from employees for high appraisal from the industry. Therefore, making employees comfortable becomes fun working for them. Management is sensitive to employees concerns and therefore are supportive with information and training to remain industry compliant. Their timely remuneration motivates. The hardest part of the job is the ability to move-on with racial sensitive clients. Though over-time, all inclusive communication approach and plan is applied to get going. The enjoyable part of the job is that I gained multi-cultural exposure which improves my communication and relationship skills considering Geert Hofstede culture.
