If you want to be made to feel inferior go for it
I would not recommend working here to anyone, managers sit there with their biggest problem being what yellow coloured bag they’re gonna get next as that’s the only one they don’t have whereas if you even try to speak to someone you’re asked if you realise how busy everyone is... don’t make mistakes as you’re made to feel like the worlds ended. If you’re not in the managements little girly gang then you’re pretty much irrelevant and a lot of bullying goes on. You’re trained as temporary then others join after you Which you help out as you know more than They do only for you to be let go at the end of your temporary employment. Whole company is a big joke.

Used to be fun now all the humour has been sucked out by boring people
I wish i could give a 0 for this place that still wouldn’t cut it!If you are desperate for a job and this comes up,I promise you’re better staying unemployed because this place will run you to the ground and expect you to have no outside life whatsoever. The management are so inexperienced and that always shows when they try to ask you for overtime hours, in fact they don’t ask they bully you into always doing more and more nothing is ever enough and their people skills are a shambles. The team leaders have no respect for people they think because they have a yellow high vis on they have authority to speak down on you like dirt and always put peoples moods down and that rubs off everybody else in the workplace and creates a toxic atmosphere which also comes from the management. I’m so glad that I got out of this place it is sinking fast! please don’t apply for your sake it’s not a nice place to work it used to be when people knew how to run it properly but now it’s gone.
