Reviews about Pay & benefits for Dentist at mydentist
Fast pace
Dentist (Current Employee) - Kettering - 20 November 2021
High needs area lots of patients and scope for work. Not a lot of investment into improvement of practice services, or improving pay of staff including dentists , nurses and receptionists, insufficient proportion of qualified nurses inc comparison to trained nurses and very high staff turnover. lots of cancelled clinics due to short staffing or lack of PPE.
Pros
Salaried dentist benefits
Cons
A lot of workload, insufficient investment in staff, training and equipment

Great team spirit
Dentist (Current Employee) - West Yorkshire - 10 February 2021
Been impressed how the company support their clinicians through the pandemic. Always were updated and ensured we always worked in a safe environment whilst earning a salary. Everyone has really pulled themselves together over this last which has been really heartwarming to see particular the team I’ve worked with. It’s been very comforting and I’m happy to continue working here given the support they continue to provide.
Pros
Informative, good communication from managers, feel secure
