I wonder if the CEO is aware of the questionable ethics of his management staff
Look after the staff better. Ridiculous how the company now is wanting to open 8am-8pm and enforce the hours on staff esp in the current pandemic situation. All just to make more money. No point in CEO asking how we like our jobs when we are constantly bullied by the area manager
All dentists are talking about how CEO and head managers have made money during pandemic off the dentists by not paying the nhs dentists properly- smaller practices have paid their teams correctly; but My Dentist ripping them off. This business and CEO too close to the CDO so nothing getting sorted
You need to ensure all staff have enough ppe to work safely, I'm not sure reusing ppe and constantly running out is a professional way to work, it makes staff feel anxious about coming to work and does not give staff have any confidence in the company
The CEO has been very informant during the COVID19 pandemic with regular updates, it is a shame that many other people from head office don't have the same high spirit and work ethic to help run smooth practices.
Pay for dental nurses to go up.
Extent working hours to 9-8 as some practise do late nights and may need IT support during the time where the service centre is closed, nothing more annoying coming to work the following day to sort computer issues out when there are patients waiting to sign in, emails , paper work and payments to be taken from them up on arrival.
Make it a fairer pay banding system for nurses with years of experience

Pay review based on experience and service
More availability to core courses i.e IRMER
