A dichotomy of issues
Support (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 28 January 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThey give a glossy impression to the outside but when you work there you can see the issues and problems and it’s pretty rotten to the core. They dont want facts and to be told about issues so people just hide them. It’s not a friendly and transparent culture it makes out to be. One rule for the clique and one for everyone else. Pension dire and no basic important company benefits . Toxic leadership
Pros
Some good people trying to do a good job
Cons
Poor management and role models, poor benefits

The best company to work for!
Management (Current Employee) - HQ - 20 January 2023
I can honestly say myenergi is the best company that I have ever worked for. Hard work is recognised and rewarded. New ideas are heard and encouraged, and if valid they will be implemented.
Pros
Super modern offices. Leadership and management are all approachable.
Cons
Fast paced company, isn’t necessarily a negative however you need to be adaptable to change.

Manufacturing do all the work
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 15 January 2023
Manufacturing workers seems to do all the work while the c suite gets all the praise and gifts. Full of empty promises. Just seems to be going down hill.
Cons
Empty promises

Not good at all
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 13 January 2023
The company is not a good place to work if you care about your well being and personal belongings. You're not worth anything unless you work at the stallingborough HQ.
Cons
Everything, theft of bikes and food

Management don't care
Quality Controller (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 11 December 2022
If you want a company that cares about you, this isn't the place. They might pretend like they do but really don't. If you work in c-suite then you get all the praise of productions hard work. Moral is low as management puts alot of pressure on the production workers.
Cons
Management, no care for workers

Not as good as it seems
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 11 December 2022
You're better off working in a fish factory with the way things are going. It's not as glamorous as you might see from the website. Only stallingborough has it good and easy.
Cons
Management

Good co workers bad management
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 14 November 2022
Best thing about this place is the production workers you meet, great group of people. sadly the management don't match the energy. Office workers are lazy, rude and incompetent on what they're doing, they get paid a good wage to try and get production workers to do their job for them. Higher management just seem to play the blame game on each other and on production workers for faulty products but they are just following orders from their management.

Good co workers bad management
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 14 November 2022
Production workers are a great bunch of people to work with, sadly management is what is the weakest link in the company. They keep on employing office workers who are incompetent, lazy and rude. but what they need is more production staff who are the hardest and intuitive workers at Myenergi.

Such a great place to work
Finance Assistant (Current Employee) - Stallingborough, Lincolnshire - 11 November 2022
- The workplace culture is all about empowerment, respect and equality. There is very much that 'family' feeling amongst the team. - Our Training & Development team, alongside the line managers, are great in assisting you with progression. - Clean and modern offices.
Pros
Free refreshments and snacks, friendly staff, clean offices.
Cons
As the company is growing at such a fast pace, there isn't always room for all staff within the office - meaning some people work from home.

Fishless fish factory
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Grimsby, Lincolnshire - 7 November 2022
This company are shocking to work for they pay next to minimum wage but don’t worry they get the Greek shack in every few weeks to keep their employees “sweet” and let you think they care. The management are a joke from top to bottom it’s the most toxic workplace I’ve ever worked
Pros
Finish time
Cons
Start time

Awful company
Production Operative (Former Employee) - North East Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire - 1 October 2022
They don’t care for their employees although they claim to they’ve forced employees to work during 40c weather whilst providing no help to help those affected the worst and some even fainted and threw up and then were disciplined for being sent home for that

Fantastic company but lack management skills in certain areas
Support (Former Employee) - Lincolnshire - 21 April 2022
Really fantastic company to work for but certain areas lacked man management skills. Further training in this area is a must to help retain good workers.

Good teams to work with but alas poor management.
PRODUCTION (Current Employee) - binbrook - 16 March 2020
Production teams are very good, make you welcome, friendly and help with training.
Management is very poor regarding production as skill levels are low (Friends and family promotions only). To HR you are not important to this company.
If your face doesn't fit out you go(usually sacked instantaneously) with a 33% turnover of company personnel. False promises daily regards things getting better.
Pros
Good team mates
Cons
Do not complain about anything or out you go, I mean anything.
