It is a good place to start. I love the team spirit within the staff, but it started to diminish due to management treatments. There is also no progression.

POOR MANAGEMENT and lots of stress

HORRIBLE company. The site managers are great, however anything above that (namely the regional and area managers) have little to no people or communication skills, which stresses staff out, especially the site managers who are constantly being barked at unnecessarily. The micromanagement is UNBELIEVABLE the role itself is relatively simple however you are reminded every day how to do your job and relentlessly questioned, site managers arent allowed to make any of their own decisions and have to run EVERYTHING by the 'big boss'. Also out of hour calls and messages demanding a response. Management (excluding the site managers) have made extremely questionable comments in regards to employee mental health and peoples personal situations which not only goes against confidentially but is also bad on a moral and ethical standpoint.Lies are constantly being told and staff and complaints do not get taken seriously no matter how high they go.The only good thing about this job is the pay and flexibility.

Do not work here or use their products at all!!

My healthcare clinic is an absolute joke of a company and the senior management don’t care about the welfare of their employees. They make workers work in unsanitary conditions and treat employees and accuse them of disgusting things! This company is run on cheating people and management encourage a culture of backbiting and gossip about customers, and penalize people who actually want to do a good job. They overcharge people a lot as well.

Stressful and totally disorganised

There is a total lack of care and responsibilty towards all employees when it comes to H&S issues on site .The managers are only concerened with bettering their own prospect up the ladder and offer no support or proper training to staff.It's all about corporate greed and money making excercise for the company .No proper H&S procedures in place at Manchester airport site .The breach of H&S regulations are far too many to mention ie lack of fire evacuation procedure ,no H&S training ,lack of adequate welfare facilities,no appointed first aiders etc .

Productive and Satisfying

I started with Myhealthcare clinic in May 2021. I have since progressed within the company and moved down to london. They speed of progression is at your own pace and I was fully supported every step of the way. Great company

exciting innovative growing company

i have worked for the company for many years and during this period i have seen great growth and innovation and adaption throughout the years. The company is a family run business and everyone who had joined and works for the company is made to feel this warmth. There is continuous room for growth and building your way up in the company and support in doing so. hardworking team members, ability to adapt, training, support from all departments

Honest, realistic and hardworking company

I recently joined the company before Christmas to become a covid-19 tester.During the interview and recruitment many questions of how long would the position be for even though it was detailed in advert. Given the job description members of management were very honest and realistic which sometimes does not happen or is hidden from new recruits. All staff are wonderful to work with, great environment and management are always there to support no matter when.

Great workplace

I’ve been a covid 19 tester since the site opened in December and have quickly progressed to site manager, it is a well paid job and everyone is very friendly. Quite a slow paced workplace at times but can have a chat with other staff to pass time. Very flexible rota and management always seem to adapt to requests made, has a great rate of pay for the job. The hours are long so you would need to be able to stand for long periods of time during the busier times. Would recommend to friends and family.

Productive workplace with a relaxed atmosphere.

Great workplace, relaxed atmosphere, great pay and also choice of shifts. I have worked here for a few months and I feel that it is a great place to work and great management. All the staff are lovely and because it’s is a relaxed atmosphere you can have a chat in between to keep the day going. All PPE required is provided and the procedures ensure everyone is kept safe. The shift Rota’s are great and you can chose dates to work.

It's a great place to work. Great team spirit and management actually care.

I've been working here since October, any issues I've had have been dealt with swiftly and with a satisfying result. The team spirit amongst colleagues is unrivalled, it is a fantastic working environment.

Professional and enjoyable place to work

Very good place to work. The interview process was interesting and enjoyable and it's nice to be working with many of the people I met on the training day. The job itself can be fast paced at times but also has quiet periods, having great colleagues definitely helps. Management are always happy to help out even when they aren't working from my location. The pay is very good and I was paid on time with no issues. I enjoy working here and plan to stay as long as possible

Fast paced, no organisation

Bad management, only speak to you when criticising you. Never know when you’re going to get paid. Hire so many unreliable staff then drop everyone’s hours

Rapidly growing company with a vision for person-centered healthcare

Great company to work for; if you are punctual, work hard and communicate with your managers, you will be rewarded with a great pay rate, a professional atmosphere and a team of colleagues who support and respect each other. The training received is very thorough and concise, they will not leave you on your own until you are fully comfortable without supervision. They are supportive both with work matters and personal matters - you don't feel like a number/replaceable joe. Communication and understanding is continuously emphasised and this allows for a comfortable working environment. Problems are actually sorted rather than brushed over or ignored.I hope to work for them for many years to come.

Chaotic company that make up their own rules and don't comply with employment laws!

Terrible company that was disorganized and chaotic from the start. Management are only in touch when to criticize their staff. Short staffed from the start, people leaving weekly due to dreadful workplace conditions and no CLEANERS to clean facilities. Bombarded with phone calls on days off. Emphasis is profit over people and their health and safety!

Frankly appalling

Some excellent colleagues and a good vision but work culture is toxic, micro managed and needlessly stressful. Emails all hours with the expectation of responding and being on call at all hours. Severe financial issues and cash flow meaning salary was often delayed - most often without notice and with the expectation of tolerance.
