Bank staff in London, Greater London
on 10 July 2022
Aesthetic and fast paced environment
I worked with N for around 7 months as a Bank staff member. Management was great and multiple opportunities to grow for nursery nurses. Opportunities to earn more in other branches 1.5x and paid taxi. A bit of miscommunication amongst managers but as always great working with children - make you laugh.Sometimes endless dishwashing duties and constantly switched on can be tiring.

Terrible place to work!!!! Stay Clear
They advertise themselves to be a great nursery but once you start it's honestly the complete opposite. They promise you something but never follow through with it. You are never appreciated for your hard work, please do not bother applying for a job at this nursery. It is not a family. They do not care about the staff, all they care about is money.

Awful place
Hated it here. Had such high hopes as the company sounded great on paper and it is a beautiful location. But felt unwelcome from the moment I got here. Found the staff to be unfriendly and stuck up and one of them at reception made me feel stupid for not knowing where something was. On my first day. There was a particular nursery practitioner in the baby room who was so unbelievably rude to me that I came out the nursery sobbing at lunchtime and took all my mental energy to walk back in. I didn't last much longer after that. This was a few months ago but I still remember how awful this experience was.The place is filled with agency staff for a reason but also saw some of those workers being treated in a cruel way.Definitely would not recommend.

Best company I've ever worked for!
Joining N Family Club was the best decision I've made. I have worked for other nursery chains and nothing compares to the environment and opportunities N has to offer. From day 1 of joining you are supported, welcomed and truly cared for. Everyone is working to the same vision and the senior leadership team are inspiring. There is a real emphasis on people - great benefits, fantastic salary, flexible working (that is genuine flexibility) and a real focus on wellbeing/ work life balance. You even get free lunches/ drinks which may seem minor but makes all the difference, especially with the cost of living currently. You are always encouraged to develop further and are given countless opportunities to progress. The Head Office team are extremely friendly, informative, professional and supportive too! I love how modern and forward thinking the company is. Each of the nurseries have been well thought out and provide beautiful environments for the children to really thrive with excellent condition resources - there really is no other childcare provider like it!

Worst place I have ever worked.
I hated every moment at this setting. I do not recommend it to anybody. Anyone who has any understanding of basic children's needs will know how poor, disorganised and horrible this place is to be apart of. There's cliques, managment don't make the time to talk to you, if they don't like you; you're not offered the same opportunities, NEVER enough staff, agency in daily who have no idea what they're doing. The list goes on. I have never felt as upset and disgusted working somewhere than I have here. DO NOT WORK HERE.
