Don’t bother

Great aesthetic but management have not got a clue, many staff feel pushed out, high staff turnover and many who starter when nursery had first opened have left. Very telling

Supportive and great benefits

Head office and management take on board any feed back and ideas, using this to move the company forwards. They try and limit the paperwork and the nursery environments and resources are beautiful.
