Do not care about staff
I worked for nandos for 3 years, only because it was convenient at the time. The managers couldn't give to monkeys about the more mature and hard workers. I didn't smoke so I just got on with my job, but if you smoked then you could just go of for a cigarette ever you felt like it. The language used was discussting. The people who had familys and responsibilitys who worked hard so they could go home in good time were given no respect by the ones who had no responsibilitys and couldn't care less about what time they finished. Nando's claim that they look after there staff like family, the fact of the matter is, if your face don't fit then you have no chance.
Don’t do it honestly it’d not fun
You either get loads or no hours. If your unwell they are all moody and aren’t supportive. You have to call them everyday to let’s them know. Even when you spend most the day sleeping. Your not allowed to have fun with co workers. Others staff are moody and bully you.
