Back of House Team Member in Greenwich Peninsula

Nice people, bad work and pay
Work can be stressful at times. Back of the house grillers get paid less when their work is harder than front of the house, and much more tiring. Closing could be better for back of the house as well.Assistant Manager in Kettering

best place to work
from my experience and ten years working for nandos was the best very good with staff but slow moving into a management position i became an assistant manager but never got pushed through the ranks very quickly compared to being with other businesses , great place to work though my manager just happened to be amazing and was very understanding towards aniexty and mental health. not great pay but they reward you and make you feel like a person. great place great ten years ! xxCashier in Portsmouth

fun but busy
This is a very full on place to work. The team is great and there are a few good benefits. However, this is the busiest restaurant in Gunwharf and yet it pays the least , plus nandos doesn't get good (any) tips so bare in mind, tips will not top up your wage. This store also has a large number of staff so your work/life balance will not cared about by management. Rotas are normally done one week an advanced adding to the problems with a work life balance.Front of House Staff in South Yorkshire

Fun and Encouraging
Generally a great place to work. Cleaning rota is intense and very strict but it is easy to learn how to do this. Shifts can be very late but breaks are paid and you get a free staff meal every shift. Many opportunities for growth and excellent support for mental health. Manager Assistant in London
